Terms of Use revised 7/5/09

Please send me a link so I can see your image if you use my stock.  Post the link to my notes or to the comments of the image you used, not to my wall.  I'll never see it there.

Can my stock be used in...
1) Photo Manipulations - Yes.  Credit me in the description.
2) As References - Yes.  Credit me in the description.
3) For School - Yes.
4) Contests - Yes.  Credit me in the description.
5) Prints - Yes.  Credit me in the description.
6) Sim Games, RPGs, etc - Yes, IF I am credited ON THE IMAGE ITSELF.  As in, not in text below the image.  You must put some form of "horse (c) stockhorse at deviantart" ON THE IMAGE.
7) Commercial Products (books, merchandise, packaging) - No, unless you gain my written approval first.  Send me a message to ask - I can be reached more quickly by sending a note to my main account, mightysquirrel.

My stock CANNOT be re-posted anywhere, including Flickr, Photobucket, Webshots, etc.  If I find it, I'll contact the site admins to make you remove it.  That's called stealing and I do not appreciate it.

I always appreciate being notified of art theft.

Also, some of my older stock says "not for use outside of DA".  The rules here in this journal are correct and override old text in my stock descriptions.
